Customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9 am - 2 pm eastern standard time. We will do our best to respond as soon as possible but please allow up to two business days for a response.
What sizes do you carry?
Most of our clothes range in sizes 1X - 3X. However, we plan to begin carrying sizes Small-Large in the next few months. Our hope is that women of all shapes and sizes can find something they like on our site! We carry a limited supply of each item in each size to keep a steady flow of new and trending clothing. If you see something on our Instagram or website that is sold out, you can send us an inquiry about whether we will be getting more in stock. If your item is no longer being stocked, we will be happy to make recommendations for similar items for you. We want all of our shoppers to find something they love!
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Ground, 2 Day, and 1 Day shipping options. We can ship internationally, however those wishing to place international orders must contact us via email and shipping costs will be calculated based on location. Do keep in mind that shipping times do not reflect the time it takes to process orders. We try to process and mail orders within 48 hours, however, orders received after 2 pm or on weekends may not be processed until the next business day.
What if my items don't fit or I don't like them?
Positive Peach offers returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund as long as items are unworn, with no damage and are returned with the original invoice. Items can be returned without an invoice for store credit up to 30 days unworn, with no damage. Positive Peach does not cover return shipping costs.
Do you ever do giveaways or offer discounts?
Yes! We often do giveaways, contests, and discounts through our Instagram page! You may only use 1 discount code per order, with the exception of the discount code for free shipping on orders over $50, which may be combined with 1 other discount code. Follow us on Instagram at PositivePeachFashion to get the latest updates on our items, and for giveaways and discounts.
I received a handwritten note in my order. Is this common?
Yes! Positive Peach's mission is to promote self-love along with selling beautiful and fashion-forward clothing. Every purchase is sent with a handwritten note from the owners. Our hope is that you will not only feel beautiful when you wear your clothes, but know your value, worth, and importance in the world! Our note is just our little way of reminding you to have confidence in yourself daily and our way to spread a little positivity to our customers! We encourage our customers to take that positivity and share it with someone else!
I received jewelry I didn't order with my shipment. Is this common?
Another way we want to show our customers that we value their business is by thanking them with a little something extra! We think accessorizing can take any outfit to the next level, and we think a free accessory with every purchase is the way to do that! We provide each customer with a free accessory we think goes great with their purchase and hope that it puts a smile on every customer's face!
